I highly recommend Gina Wilson as a real estate agent. Gina is extremely professional, ethical and hard working. She is very knowledgeable of the market in Mandeville and the surrounding areas and of Louisiana real estate matters in general. She has great attention to detail with regard to contractual matters and all other aspects of a transaction to ensure that her clients are protected. As our listing agent, Gina went well “above and beyond” in her efforts to sell our home. Due to the nature of our property, it was not an easy sell. Gina was very proactive in following up with potential buyers and was great at thinking “outside of the box” to market the property and structure potential transactions to make a sale happen (including extra efforts to try to sell the home of some potential buyers to allow them to purchase our home). We were out-of-town sellers, and Gina put in a significant amount of extra time on our behalf, in addition to customary marketing and selling efforts. She coordinated with tenants moving out, located and coordinated with multiple contractors on necessary repairs, communicated with the title company on unique title issues, and handled all other “local” needs for us. Her communication with us was outstanding, keeping us up-to-date regularly on her activities and progress. I am very grateful for all of Gina’s efforts to sell our home. I am certain that she will do an excellent job in representing any buyer or seller.

We were looking at a property that was not actually advertised as "for sale", but a property next day was, and that was how we came into contact with Gina (as the property owner was the same for an adjoining property for sale).
Gina went out of her way to introduce us to the Owner, and from that point we were able to ask Gina to act as our agent in trying to negotiate a price for the property we were interested in.
Being that we are not 1st time home buyers, we are aware of what to look for, pitfalls in the details, inspection process and corrections, and knowing when to lean on the seller to meet an acceptable "transfer" status before money changes hands.
Unfortunately this sale did not go through, but it in no reflects badly on anything that Gina did. She was exemplary in her manner as our representative, and went the extra mile in asking the hard questions we needed to be asked. Due to the sellers disposition though, we felt it was better for all parties to simply walk away.
Once again, Gina did an amazing job as our agent, and I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking to buy a home on the North Shore. Generally, most home sales are pretty straight forward, and to buy without the burden of stress is a desired goal. Even during this process of trying to buy the house in question, Gina performed her duties in an exemplary professional manner under stressful conditions. Thanks Gina

Having to unexpectedly move to the Northshore area in April 2015, because of an unexpected job change, our emotions were running high, to say the least. We could not purchase a home immediately, so we were looking for a lease. I never thought that we would be blessed with the assistance that Gina provided, especially having to lease vs. purchasing. But, Wow... Gina happily and very professionally stepped up and helped us make the right decision.
She handled everything for us, and went above and beyond the call of duty, as we were faced with a difficult negotiation process. Gina always made us feel like she had our back and would not let us be taken advantage of, in any way! Words cannot really express how much we truly appreciated her for that.
She 100% worked for us... which was a great comfort and major relief!!
